1. Who we are

Apacheta Studio is an independent software initiative operated by Michael Genesini, P.IVA 12725680966. You can reach us via our LinkedIn page.

2. No tracking, no cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. We do not use advertising networks. We do not build profiles of visitors. We do not share visitor data with third parties for commercial purposes.

This website uses Umami, a privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics tool. Umami collects only aggregate, anonymous data (page views, referrers, browser type) — no personal data, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.

3. What data we collect on this site

This website (apachetastudio.org) collects no personal data. Specifically:

No forms — we have no contact form on the main site
No accounts — no sign-up or login on the main site
No cookies are set
Your IP address is not stored

4. Our products

Each Apacheta product (ReachOut, HappyTeacher, Tessera, etc.) has its own privacy policy linked from that product's footer. Data collected by a product is governed by that product's policy.

5. Hosting and infrastructure

This website is hosted on Vercel (EU region). Standard server logs (IP, timestamp, URL) may be retained briefly by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes. We do not access or process these logs.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold. Since this site collects none, there is nothing to request — but if you have a question about data held by one of our products, contact us via the respective product's support channel.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above. As a static website with no user accounts, we have no way to notify users directly — so check back if you are curious.
